Matt Davis, better known as the truck driver from Alabama who wrote the book, “How Faith Works”, was fishing in the Alaskan waters where “bude” was caught. He tried to apply a portion of lipstick but was unsuccessful because of the wet lips. Now, I want everyone to understand that I like Governor Palin because she did things that I thought was going to work for me when I wrote the book. I wanted to energize people enough to purchase my book. I wrote a letter to President Bush and sent him a copy of my book and he responded within thirty (30) days congratulating me and wishing me good luck. I told President Bush in my letter that if every truck and bus driver will purchase my book, we could provide health insurance for the millions of people that are not covered. Now, I have kept the faith and I have faith in God and as an individual, I can do something for older people like me and build an infrastructure that will give our young people an incentive for education, as they are the future of our nation. I am a registered Democrat and I will vote for my ticket. However, I am telling our senior people to slow down and take a good look at the big picture we face with a difficult dilemma. We can fix it with minimum taxpayers’ dollars. So, I say to you America and people abroad – ask not what you can do for Grandma but what Grandma can do for you. God Bless Us!
